U.S. Return Policy 
- Sun-Dipped Gems offers free returns and exchanges on items that are received within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Sun-Dipped Gems will only accept jewelry items that are unused, unworn and in new condition with any tags still attached, and items must be in the original packaging. 
-Only full-priced items are eligible for returns and exchanges. Sale or discounted items and custom jewelry items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
-Items sold as a set but not returned as a set are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.
-Returns not received within 30 days of the purchase date or returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements, will not be accepted for refunds or exchanges.
-Please return your jewelry within 10 days of creating the pre-paid label for a valid return
-Access our hassle-free returns/exchange portal here.
-Once your return request has been approved in the returns portal, a return label will be sent to you via email.
-After your return is received at the warehouse, it will be inspected. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing your return.
-Once your return is successfully processed, you will receive a credit to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days.

International Return Policy 
-International orders that are returned within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for Store Credit only. 
-Refunds and exchanges are not offered on international orders at this time.
-Sun-Dipped Gems will only accept jewelry items that are unused, unworn and in new condition with any tags still attached, and items must be in the original packaging. 
-We are not responsible for any loss or damage to any parcels returned to us.
-Sun-Dipped Gems does not cover postage for international orders. You may use an insured postal carrier to return your items back to our warehouse.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Duties and taxes are included in the shipping costs at checkout. Prepaid duties and taxes are forwarded to your local customs authority, and therefore, are non-refundable when your return is received and refunded. Please reach out to your local customs office directly for further assistance. Sun-Dipped Gems is not responsible for any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs for international orders.

Standard Shipping - $4.99 Flat Rate (4 to 7 business days)
Expedited Shipping - Free for orders over $150 (2 to 3 business days)
Standard overnight - $35.00 (1 business day)
International shipping - Free for orders over $200.00 (4 to 14 business days)

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES:
Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days.
How do I begin an exchange or return process on an order?

How long does it take to get my refund?
 
Please allow up to 20 days from the time of your return shipment to process your refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email with confirmation of your refund to your original form of payment.
The total purchase amount in addition to any taxes assessed will be refunded. Please note, any shipping charges will not be refunded. In most cases, credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. 
Due to carrier delays, please allow extra days for your return to be received and processed.
Can I cancel my order or adjust my shipping address?
We pride ourselves on processing and shipping your smile in a box to you as quickly as possible, so processing and shipping can be swift. However, most orders are able to be canceled or have the shipping address adjusted within the first hour after being placed. Please contact us immediately at customercare@sundippedgems.com. Due to the nature of processing and shipping, Sun-Dipped Gems is unable to guarantee cancellations or shipping address adjustments.
